Intended Use:

Principle:
Coagulation tubes are filled with buffered tri-sodium citrate. The mixing ratio is 1 part citrate to 4 parts blood, ensuring a highly accurate blood-to-additive ratio. This provides optimal conditions for blood coagulation studies.
